Application for access card

Here you can submit an application for an access card to facilities managed by Hammerfest Havn KF.

All applications for access cards must include a portrait photo of the person who requires access.

If personnel require access to ISPS areas, the application must also include an ISPS course certificate and a signed confidentiality declaration. If the confidentiality declaration has not already been completed, you can download our template.
