Port services
Hammerfest Havn has more than 2,500 metres of quay length at its disposal, in addition to quay facilities in the district. The quays have depths ranging from 3.5 to 22 metres.
We offer a wide range of port services for commercial traffic, the fishing industry and cruise vessels. This includes, among other things, mooring, water, electricity, waste handling and access to a harbour boat and support vessel.
Port Control is responsible for managing, coordinating and administering vessel traffic, arrivals and port services. If you have any questions about use, availability or booking of services, you are welcome to contact Port Control.

Mooring and unmooring
Mooring in Hammerfest shall be carried out in a safe and professional manner. Hammerfest Havn KF may, by agreement, assist with mooring services carried out by qualified personnel.
Fresh water supply
We offer fresh water at several of our quays. Access and capacity vary – please contact Port Control for details.
Electricity and shore power facilities
All our quays are equipped with shore power facilities (230V / 50Hz).
For larger vessels, we offer high-capacity shore power at the facilities in Fuglenes and Leirvika. These installations support several voltage and frequency levels:
- Up to 1000 kVA
- Voltage: 400V, 440V, 690V
- Frequency: 50 Hz and 60 Hz
Waste and recycling
Hammerfest Havn offers waste reception and recycling solutions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Crew facilities at the fishing quay
At quay 8 (Fuglenes), we have crew facilities available.
Facilities:
- Shower and toilet
- Washing machine
- Small kitchen area
